We’re a coffee shop in Northern CA, and we just recently opened. We decided to go with SOFI cups, since we are an eco friendly and sustainable company. We were skeptical that our customers might not like the cups because they’re so different, but they absolutely love them! We have regulars that come here just for the cups. Customers tell us that the cups are durable, don’t leak or get soggy, and keep their drinks hot for at least an hour or two. We plan to continue ordering these and maybe even custom branding them. I made the decision in 2024 to switch from paper cups and plastic lids to SOFi. I’m very happy with that decision as it eliminates waste and also provides a superior experience at my pop ups.
